Privacy and responsible use

Plain language. No claims we have not implemented.

This page describes what this product does today. It is not a statement of legal compliance with any particular regime.

Privacy notice

We store what you write in this product so you can return to it, and so the Academy can see how capability develops. You can ask for your record.

Responsible-use notice

Use AI as a tool, question it and verify it. Automated summaries are not validated findings, and human judgement stays with you.

No identifiable patient data

Do not submit patient names, medical record numbers, private case details, images or confidential clinical records at any point in this experience.

Confidentiality

Your problem, your room conversation and your evidence are treated as confidential programme materials. They are not published and are not shown to other learners or to sponsors.

Innovation and ownership

Your original work remains your work. TechNurses Africa does not claim exclusive ownership of the healthcare problem itself. Any secondary aggregate or de-identified use must follow the stated consent and governance basis.

If you answer someone’s Listening Link

You do not need an account, and you do not need to give your name.

  • Responses are anonymous or pseudonymous by default.
  • You are asked only for the perspective you are answering from, and optionally your country and setting.
  • Your answers go to the learner who shared the link, and to the Academy as programme records.
  • You must tick a consent box before your answer is submitted.

Never include patient names, medical record numbers, private case details or confidential clinical information — as a learner or as a respondent.
